Shane Pruitt serves as the National Next Gen Director for the North American Mission Board (NAMB). He and his wife, Kasi reside in Texas, with their five children. He has been in ministry for over 20 years as a denominational leader, church planter, lead pastor, and student pastor. Shane is also a traveling communicator, evangelist, and Bible teacher. Every year he speaks to over a hundred thousand people about the good news of Jesus Christ. He is the author of 9 Common Lies Christians Believe and Calling Out the Called. He is also one of the hosts of The Gensend Podcast.

Matt Queen (PhD, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary) serves as Lead Pastor of Friendly Avenue Baptist Church in Greensboro, NC, as well as an evangelism specialist for the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention. He is the former occupant of the historic L. R. Scarborough Chair of Evangelism ("Chair of Fire") at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX. Queen has written several books, most notably Recapturing Evangelism: A Biblical and Theological Approach, as well as co-authoring with O. S. Hawkins the 2023 Outreach Magazine Evangelism Resource of the Year, The Gospel Invitation: Why Publicly Inviting People to Receive Christ Still Matters.

Bobby Worthington (DMin, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary) is the Associate Professor of Missions and Evangelism, and the W. A. Criswell/Jack Pogue Chair of Evangelism, Criswell College in Dallas, TX. He has taught evangelism and missions for 18 years at Criswell and is also the Pastor of Lake June Baptist Church. He has over 30 years homeless ministry experience and over 40 years pastoral ministry experience.
