b'A L E T T E R F R O M O U R P U B L I S H E RDear Booksellers,G reetings, once again. In the first six months in my role as publisher, I led a team through a discovery process. Staff from various departments contributed their thoughts and insights. Definite strengths came out of the discussion, and I also listened to concerns they expressed, given this ever-changing publishing industry. The result of this effort was finding the essence of Kregel through its key distinctives:Trusted Independent / Family owned Biblically based content Agile Copublish in Spanish Bookstore savvyWith a deeper understanding of what Kregel has to offer as a Christian publisher, I set a goal to publish 60 titles annually, including academic and ministry resources as well as a flourishing line of fiction, nonfiction, and childrens books. Kregel is proud to offer a breadth of categories and genres with something for everyone. Did you know that we publish about 18 childrens titles per year? Thats the same number as many larger houses.* Another small change weve made is a shift in our catalog span, staying with three cycles per year but adjusting them by one month.
